Website privacy

Updated 16 October 2026. This notice covers the public KnockInn website. It does not replace the privacy information for the resident, guard or administration applications.

Enquiries

The enquiry form prepares a message that you can open in your email app or copy. It does not submit your entries to a website database. You choose whether to send that email to hello@nelfet.com. Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested pilot. Please do not include resident lists, identity documents or other people’s visitor records in an enquiry.

Calculator and product example

The pricing calculator and illustrative product view run in your browser. This website does not save those inputs in cookies or browser storage. Refreshing the page clears their state.

Hosting and security

Website hosting and network providers may process normal connection information, such as IP addresses, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website. Fonts are served with this website. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts are installed by this site.

Your choices

You can use the website without sending an enquiry. For questions about information you have emailed, or to request correction or deletion of it, contact hello@nelfet.com. Do not send sensitive identification documents unless a necessary verification process has been agreed.
